Graduated in Hotel Management he prided himself on providing guests with an extraordinary experience they would always remember. Rahul style is to keep food simple and natural, focusing on the intensity of Individual flavours and the harmony of regional ingredients.

He has worked for some of the well-known Restaurant Brands in Canada like White spot, River Rock Pub & Steakhouse (B.C), Chop Steakhouse & Bar, Glendale Golf & Country Club, Rio's Grill & Lounge leading the innovative culinary team and gaining and sharing his culinary journey. He Worked for ARAMARK as Executive Chef at University of Alberta since 2014,
